Please inform the class teacher in writing if your child is to be absent from school – this includes hospital/dental appointments. Absences due to illness MUST be telephoned to the school office as soon as possible after 9am. If you are planning a holiday during term time please pick up a holiday request form from the office or download a copy below. Authorisation must be obtained from the Head Teacher before the holiday commences.
