If this had been a real phishing email, your account may have been compromised and we would have had a lot of work to do!

 

Some tips:

• Be careful when clicking links or attachments in emails
• Ensure you verify the person that sent the email – does the email address look correct?
• be wary of spelling and grammar errors
• If something seems untrustworthy, it’s always best to ask or contact the sender on a known phone number or email first
